Had a lovely lunch here after our flight from Vancouver. Sophia was an amazing server and gave us fantastic recommendations that did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was warm and attentive and it was the perfect way to start our trip. We'd definitely come back!

I gotta say, that double bone-in pork chop was the best i’ve ever had and i’ve had quite a few from different places. Didn’t even need the sauce. The brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked and the potatoes were generously cheesy. Our server Marshall as well as the manager came by several times to make sure our dining experience was more than adequate. My wife loved her meal as well! We’ll be back 👍

We came in around 7 PM on a Sunday night and ordered three appetizers. The mac & cheese bites were good. The potstickers were also good. The nachos however were not good. I specifically ordered them without jalapeños. When they came, I could see the jalapeños on top, and I looked at the waiter and mentioned that I ordered them without jalapeños, and he just stood there looking at me. I decided I would pick them off cause there was probably just a couple (as you can see from the second photo. I was definitely wrong because there wasn’t just a couple, there was basically a cup full. Also, the chips on top were nice, but the chips on the bottom are all broken and small. Layered through all the nachos were even more jalapeños. So many jalapeños. And honestly, it felt like they had poured half a cup of jalapeño juice over the top. They were not great. We are likely to return to this specific BJ’s, but I will definitely send my food back next time if they bring me something that’s not what I ordered. They were very busy and possibly shortstaffed because our waiter never checked on us or asked us if we wanted refills on our drink drinks.

I want to start by saying this was my first time dining at a BJ’s, and I had actually heard great things about the brand overall given their multiple locations. The food at this Burbank location was consistently good. Unfortunately, the service experience over two separate visits was extremely frustrating. I was in town on a work trip and ended up dining here two nights in a row. The first night, we came in for the 9pm Happy Hour and specifically requested a booth. We were told it would be about a 25-minute wait, which we were totally fine with. When we were finally called, the hostess immediately tried to seat us at a table and said a booth would take another 10 minutes. We again said we were happy to wait. While she was explaining specials, we watched the couple who arrived after us get seated in a booth. When I went back to the host stand to ask about it, the interaction turned argumentative instead of solution-focused. Once seated, service continued to be inconsistent — basic requests like ketchup had to be asked for multiple times, and the Happy Hour discount was initially missing from the check. Great experience at BJ’s in Burbank. The service was very good and super attentive the whole time. The food was tasty and the portions are huge. The pizza was nicely crispy and loaded with toppings (especially the jalapeños and lots of cheese). The Jambalaya was flavorful, well seasoned, and really filling. We also had some fried appetizers with dipping sauces, which were perfect for sharing. Overall, a solid spot with great service and plenty of food. Would definitely come back. 👍
